I had heard people mention ebates in various blogs and forums but didn’t really look into it until recently.  I have no idea why it took me so long- it’s so easy.

For starters- you can earn $75 for referring 3 friends (hint hint- here’s my link… http://www.ebates.com/rf.do?referrerid=APvrr1XTclRtzrZ6SVB1lw%3D%3D%26eeid=26471)

$20 for your first referral, $25 for your second, and $30 for the third

After that you get $5 per person

Stick with me- you don’t have to go around talking about it and “selling” it in order to make money.

Similar to Swagbucks- you earn money back by shopping through their website.

So for example, I found some new shoes from NewBalance.com that I am planning on purchasing- so I go to ebates.com, type in  New Balance and see that they are offering 10% back on any purchase- so I  click shop now and am redirected to the New Balance website.  As long as you complete the order from that window- you will get 10% back in the form of a check from ebates.com.  It’s literally that easy.

They mail the checks every 3 months as long as you have earned at least $5.01.  If you haven’t earned enough, it just carries over until you earn over $5.

You can also choose to have the cash sent to a paypal account or donate it to a charity.

  1. Cool blog. Have you tried to combine your Raise.com purchases with a cashback site like ebates? You can get cashback on the gift card purchase, a discount on the gift card, then cash back on the actual goods purchase. Check out my blog for tips like this! trickthetravel.wordpress.com
